- A $25.00 Charge will be added to your account for checks returned for any reason.

- Custom Embroidery Orders
- A non-refundable deposit is required for custom embroidery orders
- 100% for Factory Embroidery
- 50% for Economy Embroidery
- Claims/Returns
- All discrepancies are to be reported in writing within 10 days of receipt of the goods.
- If for any reason you are not satisfied with your merchandise, call within 5 days of receipt of goods for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
You will receive a prompt credit, exchange, or refund
upon receipt of the returned merchandise. All items must be in saleable condition.
- We cannot accept returns or exchanges on embroidery items, washed garments, discontinued items, or sale items.
- Returns without a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER will be refused.

- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- Sales Tax
- Residents of California must include Sales Tax of 8.00% on their orders.
- A copy of your Resale License must be on file in order not to pay California Sales Tax
- Shipping
- For orders shipped within the continental United States add 10% (* $7.00 minimum) of your order for shipping and handling charges.
- Call for shipping charges on orders shipped outside the continental United States.
- International Orders
- DOSHIN will ship internationally, HOWEVER, we will not be held responsible for items seized by any government agencies.
It is your responsibility to verify the regulations of your country concerning importation of Martial Arts equipment, weapons, supplies, and videos.
