All information provided by you will be kept absolutely confidential and will not be shared with any other party.

Prices shown include figurine, original box and certificates, hand application and firing of the personalization text on pre-selected areas of each figurine, as well as shipping & handling. There are no other charges.

Each figurine is made by W. Goebel Porzellanfabrik in Germany, the original and exclusive manufacturer of M.I. Hummel figurines. Personalization work is done by Ceramic Restorations of Westchester, Inc. using techniques, materials and controls prescribed by Goebel.

In the unlikely event of shipping damages, call your local UPS office for a DAMAGE RETURN & PICK UP and let us know how you want it resolved: replacement or refund of your money.
DO NOT return anything without permission by UPS since it voids your insurance protection.

Orders can ONLY be changed or cancelled within five (5) business days from time of placement.
